Timothy Realty Capital, LLC (TRC) is a North Carolina-based real estate investment and development firm committed to creating long-term value through principled leadership, strategic development, and sound investment practices. Our mission is to build projects and partnerships that reflect integrity, add meaningful value to communities, and honor both legacy and purpose.

TRC specializes in the acquisition and development of residential and mixed-use real estate, with a core focus on multifamily communities and build-to-rent (BTR) strategies across the Carolinas and the Southeast.

Our approach includes:

• Strategic acquisition of existing multifamily assets in high-growth submarkets

• Ground-up development of townhome and multifamily communities, with execution strategies tailored to either build-to-rent or build-to-sell depending on market conditions

• Identification of land opportunities in markets with strong population and job growth

• Pursuit of select commercial and self-storage investments as complementary growth opportunities

We target submarkets where demand fundamentals are strong, land use is favorable, and long-term value creation aligns with both investor goals and community needs.

Name & Values

The name 'Timothy' reflects both personal and spiritual roots. It carries the first name of the founder’s late father and the founder’s own middle name. The initials TRC honor a multigenerational legacy of entrepreneurship in construction and development—while also standing for something deeper: the call to build with excellence, humility, and purpose.

TRC Development Group operates as the firm’s development-focused arm—an outgrowth of the TRC brand focused on executing ground-up residential and commercial projects. Though a new division, it represents the natural evolution of TRC’s hands-on project leadership and long-term commitment to real estate as a force for good.

At its core, TRC exists to honor the past, serve with purpose in the present, and create value that stands the test of time.
